Here’s a list of awesome songs and themes from movie soundtracks. These really spring to mind for me when I think of memorable movie moments. The cool thing about tracks like these is that you can often actually picture the scene it was played in.

The Last of the Mohicans score is one of my all time favorites!
Hans Zimmer composes great music that makes a real difference when used in films. I would also want to suggest the music of Ivan Noel that is featured in the film En Tu Ausensia ( In your absence ).
Great list Sietse. That terminator track takes me back – must have watched that movie 50 times. Funny how a couple of chords instantly make you want to watch the movie again!!
