Here I have complied a list of five recipes that target different health issues. Such as skin, aging & energizer; These aren’t cures or magic pills, but juice them at least 4 times a week and you will start to get see results.

1 Young Skin Cocktail

Keeping your skin healthy is a vital aspect of any anti-aging program. It’s easy enough to do by drinking this amazing power juice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1⁄2 papaya, remove the seeds
  • 2 large strawberries

Place ingredients in your juicer. Process. Stir. Enjoy.

2 Healthy Heart Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk celery, with leaves
  • 2 leaves of kale
  • 1⁄2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup wheat grass

Place ingredients in your juicer. Process. Stir. Enjoy.

3 Anti-Age Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, greens removed, peeled
  • 4 broccoli spears
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1⁄4 inch slice ginger root (or to taste) 2 romaine lettuce leaves

Place ingredients in your juicer. Process. Stir. Enjoy.

4 Energizer Plus

The abundance of B family vitamins. Drink up and feel the energy coursing through your veins!

Ingredients:

  • 2 beet greens
  • 4 broccoli spears 1 cup cauliflower

Place ingredients in your juicer. Process. Stir. Enjoy.

5 Super Energizer

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, peeled cored 1 stalk celery
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 5 leaves green leaf lettuce

Place ingredients in your juicer. Process. Stir. Enjoy.
