Yesterday, I posted the Top 5 Free Tower Defense Games. Today it’s time for some more strategy Flash games, but I really don’t know how to call it exactly. Maybe Platform Strategy or something?
All the games mentioned below are somewhat like Tower Defense, but it’s from a side-perspective (platform) and both you and the enemy launch waves of fighters.

1 Epic War 4
Epic War 4: Alliance Of Heroes features five unique heroes and their minions. With two castles, a whole lot of forces and heroes on both sides, get ready for some fierce battling. This game also has some RPG (Role Playing Game) features for advancing your hero’s capabilities.

The trailer park is under attack from hordes of brain-eating zombies! Grab your shovels and shotguns, start-up your combine harvester and fight back!
3 Age of War 2
After Age of War, which was pretty addictive already, MaxGames also released Age of War 2. Another platform strategy game, but this one features a look into the past. From stone-throwers and club wielding Neanderthals to soldiers of the future armed with laser guns and heavy armor, you have to make sure you advance the ages faster than your enemy to defeat him.
4 Stick War
Prepare your Spartan-like stick figures for battle and destroy the enemies Monument! Make sure to mine as much gold with your workers so you have enough to spend on swordsmen, archers, wizards and the like.
5 Battle Gear
Battle Gear is much like Age Of War, but set in our modern age. There’s like a million different units to buy and choose from so have a look-see!
